It has cool comic book style cut scenes but the actual gameplay is short, simplistic, and either way too hard or way too easy. And no you don't get to freeroam with Venom. You can only use him as part of storymode. I've been a huge spidey fan for well over 10 years but this game was a total letdown. If you're still in middle school you might like it. Anyone else should stick with Spiderman 2 or get the new X-Men Legends instead.5 stars (ultimate spider and venom) - do you hate spider-man well if so buy ultimate spider man wich is the perfect game in the spider-man series.either save the city as spider-man or storm the streets as venom.punch,web up, kick or grab as spider-man or tentackle attack,grab,punch or feed as venom enjoy.
